Return & store policies

Jolsie Boutique will gladly accept returns within 7 days for store credit only. Any items that are being returned must be in the same condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed with no stains. In addition, tags must be attached. If the item is returned without a tag, you will not receive a refund.

Shoes must be returned in their original box/packaging. 

​

If you are returning an item, the customer is in charge of shipping back the returned item. Jolsie Boutique will not provide any return labels. 

​

Once an order is placed, they cannot be canceled or modified once checked out.

​

Any damaged items may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Please contact customer care at jolsieboutique@gmail.com to arrange your return.

Any items that are sold at final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
